How can I schedule an appointment?

No appointment is required for X-ray or BMD services, but appointment is required for all other services at Ontario Imaging Diagnostics. Booking an appointment is easy – simply take a picture of your Requisition and text it to 647-926-4880, call us at 905-294-4880, or click on the “Book Online Appointment” link at the top of this page. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you in scheduling your ultrasound appointment at a time that is convenient for you.

For ultrasound you will need to book an appointment.

X-rays are by Walk In and are done on first come first serve basis. In case of busy days for X-rays we reserve right to stop taking more X-ray patients earlier than our normal closing time.

For BMD you don’t need to book an appointment. BMD is by Walk-in.

Most appointments last between 15 to 30 minutes.

Yes, you will need a requisition/referral signed by your physician or midwife.

Absolutely yes, we accept all signed and completed requisitions from your physician or midwife or Registered Nurse made of any
clinic.

Yes, we do. Kindly contact us for pricing details. We accept cash payments only.

We have ample free parking spots available at our medical building.

We offer same-day appointments for most of the tests. Some of our centers are open all 7 days of the week, which gives you flexibility to book an appointment for your tests at your convenience.

For general, non-urgent cases, reports are faxed within 2-3 business days. In urgent or emergency cases, a verbal report will be provided.

Yes, we do provide print-outs.

Unfortunately, only patients are allowed in the exam room. However, if assistance or translation is required, family members are encouraged to remain in the room with the patient.

Your husband will need to wait until the scan is completed. However, he will be called in for a brief ‘show-and-tell’ afterward.
